Necessary information about data processing
As a result of starting the cooperation, performing the obligation resulting from the contract, Colian sp. z o.o. hereby gives you information necessary to meet the information obligation towards the Party to the contract under art. 13 GDPR and the persons (indicated inter alia in the contract) designated for contact/contract performance i.e. employees, subcontractors, whose personal data are transferred by the Seller (art. GDPR)
Data administrator
As a result of concluding the contract between Colian sp. z o.o. (hereinafter called COLIAN) and the Seller, COLIAN shall be the administrator of the data of natural persons being a party to the contract or indicated in the preambule and the persons designated for contact and the contract performance.

Obtaining the data and the purpose of data processing
COLIAN received personal data of the party to the contract and data of persons indicated in the preambule, persons designated to perform the contract or to act as a contact person from the Seller.
Personal data of the party to the contract and the persons indicated in the preambule, such as: name and surname, in some cases business name and business data, and in case of the persons designated to perform the contract: position, phone number, e-mail address, ID card or passport no. are processed by Colian for contract performance purposes (art. 6(b) GDPR). In certain situations (e.g. in defence against legal claims or in order to enforce them) COLIAN shall process personal data for the justified purpose of the administrator (art. 6(f) GDPR).
Personal data shall not be processed in an automated way (also in the form of profiling) in such a way that as a result of such automated processing any decisions could be taken or it could lead to other legal effects or significantly affect your data in another way.
COLIAN shall process data for the period up to 6 years from the moment the contract is performed or terminated. After this time they shall be deleted.
Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be transferred to authorized bodies, including Revenue Offices, so that Colian may perform its obligations. Access to the data under relevant contracts may be given also to entities and their authorized employees providing ICT solutions as well as entities and persons providing security services, auditing entities, postal and courier service providers, including transport companies and other entities from Colian Group.
Data shall not be transferred to third countries, namely outside EEA.
Rights concerning data processing
A person whose data are processed by the administrator shall have the right of access to the data, to rectify them, namely correct them, delete them or limit their processing and to object to their processing and also the right to transfer them.
