Financial support for education, language courses and training
Work is rewarding when it involves the opportunity to develop individual skills. We understand this and we do our utmost to ensure that every employee can broaden their competences and move up the career ladder. We provide funding for education, language courses and training necessary in current or future positions.
Employee Pension Scheme
We care for the future of our employees by fully funding the basic contributions in EPS (3.5% of remuneration). Joining the scheme is a guarantee of greater savings in retirement.
Awards for supporting the recruitment process
The Poleć Pracownika (Recommend an Employee) programme has been successfully functioning in our company since 2016. Each person employed at Colian who successfully supports the recruitment process receives a financial reward.
Colian for Senior
A retiring employee receives a congratulatory letter and a basket full of Colian products. Farewells are not easy, but with a gift like this they become a little sweeter.
As part of our internal programmes, we appreciate our employees, their daily work and their commitment. Importantly, it is the employees who nominate those who most deserve grateful acknowledgement.
The CEO Awards
The CEO Awards are presented quarterly on the basis of employee nominations in three categories: Ambassador, Initiator and Mentor. The programme is addressed to all Colian Group employees.
Employee of the month
Monthly awards granted on the basis of nominations made by supervisors or colleagues. The programme is addressed to production and warehouse workers.

Medical care
The health of our employees is our greatest value. In cooperation with the ENEL-MED Medical Centre, operating throughout Poland, we offer private medical care with the possibility of purchasing, on preferential terms, additional packages for family members.
Life insurance
We want our employees to have the security of a stable future. As an additional support, each person employed at Colian can benefit from life and accident insurance. Depending on individual needs, insurance may cover family members of the employee.
Co-financing of the Multisport card
We enjoy and support physical activity. Sport clears the mind, improves mood and makes us healthier. All employees and their family members are encouraged to benefit from the Multisport card funding.
Holiday allowance
Work-life balance is very important, and an indispensable part of our work is a holiday well spent. As part of the Company Social Benefits Fund, we offer subsidised holidays for employees ("holiday allowance") and their children.
Housing loans
We support our employees in achieving their life goals. As part of the Company Social Benefits Fund, we offer housing loans for the purchase, construction or renovation of a house.
Colian for Kids
We know how powerful a family is and how much joy children bring. Every employee who becomes a parent receives a congratulatory letter from us and a commemorative quilt and pillow with the company logo.
Sweets package
Sweets are a nice way of appreciating. To celebrate festive season, employees and their children receive parcels full of chocolate sweets and other products from the company's portfolio.
